By using DivyaSanyog you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the platform. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy.
DivyaSanyog offers Janam Kundli generation, Kundli matching (Ashtakoot Gun Milan), Panchang and muhurat information, pooja booking, pandit registration and booking, astrology consultation booking, and pandit-assisted matrimonial matching. We may add, change or withdraw any of these at any time.
You must be legally competent to enter into a contract. A matrimonial biodata may only be submitted for a person of legal marriageable age under Indian law, and only by that person or with their knowledge and consent. Submitting someone else's details without their consent is a misuse of this platform and of their privacy.
Everything this platform produces depends on what you type in. A Kundli computed from a wrong birth time is simply a wrong Kundli, and a biodata with wrong details wastes the time of every family it reaches. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you submit — including birth details, personal and family information, and any identity document. Deliberately false information, impersonation or a fake profile will have the account and profile removed.
Kundli charts, dashas, yogas, doshas, Manglik analysis, Gun Milan scores, Panchang, muhurat and rashifal on this platform are offered in the tradition of Vedic astrology, for guidance, reflection and cultural and spiritual interest.
They are not a substitute for professional advice, and must not be relied on as such. In particular, do not use anything on this platform in place of qualified medical, psychiatric, legal, financial or investment advice. If you have a health concern, see a doctor. If you have a legal or money question, see a professional. No prediction here should be read as a statement of fact about your future, and we make no warranty that any prediction, muhurat or remedy will produce any particular outcome. Decisions you take after reading anything on this platform are your own.
Our calculations follow standard classical methods (Lahiri ayanamsa, whole-sign houses, the eight-koota Ashtakoot system) and are computed on our own server. Even so, classical texts and living traditions differ among themselves, and a result here may not match one produced by another astrologer or another software.
A Gun Milan score out of 36 — and the varna-based analysis available to pandits — is a traditional compatibility calculation, not a prediction about a marriage. A high score is not a guarantee that a marriage will succeed, and a low score is not a verdict that it will fail. Please treat it as one input among many, alongside the judgement of the families involved and of your own pandit.
When a pandit verifies a matrimonial biodata, he is checking the details submitted and the identity document provided. That check is a reasonable first filter — it is not a background investigation, a criminal-record check, a financial check, or a guarantee of anyone's character, marital history, health or intentions.
Before proceeding towards a marriage, you must carry out your own verification and satisfy yourself independently about the other party. DivyaSanyog introduces profiles; it does not vouch for the people behind them, and is not a party to any relationship, engagement or marriage that follows.
Pandits listed on this platform are independent practitioners, not our employees or agents. We facilitate the introduction and the booking. The conduct, punctuality, ritual practice, advice and fees of any individual pandit are his own responsibility. If a pandit behaves improperly, please report it to us at info@divyasanyog.com — we can remove a pandit's approval, and we will act on credible reports.
A pandit is issued a private client code. That code is what links a client's biodata to him, so a pandit must share it only with his own yajmaans; anyone who has it can attach their profile to that pandit.
DivyaSanyog does not currently charge for bookings made through the platform, and does not collect card or bank details anywhere on this site. Any fee for a pooja or consultation is a matter between you and the pandit or astrologer. Donations made through the Seva / Daan page are voluntary, are made in your own UPI app, and are not refundable. If paid services are introduced, the terms and any refund policy will be published before they take effect.
We may suspend or remove any account, profile or pandit approval that breaches these terms, without notice where the breach is serious.
The DivyaSanyog name, design, text and software are ours. Content you submit remains yours; by submitting it you give us permission to store, display and process it as needed to run the service described here and in the Privacy Policy — including, for a matrimonial biodata, showing it to approved pandits in the matching pool.
We aim to keep the platform running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, technical faults and circumstances outside our control can interrupt it, and we are not liable for losses caused by such interruption.
To the extent permitted by law, DivyaSanyog is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from your reliance on astrological guidance, from your dealings with another user or with a pandit, or from any marriage or relationship formed through the platform. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when. Continuing to use the platform after a change means you accept the updated terms. Where the Hindi rendering of this page differs from the English, the English version governs — the Hindi is produced by an automatic translation service.
